Thank you for noticing that. My older works were just practice. As a kid I really liked national geographic, you can see I liked to draw animals. I really like the variation and detail in nature. I just recently started really drawing again and I pretty much picked up where I left off. A lot of people didn’t know I did art, so I picked a few pictures that had that detail I like to work with, and started showing them to people who were interested. Next thing you know, those people requested that I draw them! Its fun and I love doing it 🙂

Wow, you’re really good. Is that graphite on smooth drawing paper?
I wasn’t ever very good drawing with pencil, but oddly, I was really good with a ball-point ink pen. You’d think it would be about the same since it is both hand drawing with a hand-writing implement. The shading wasn’t what I was bad at either when it came to the graphite, my lines would all be off.
I can’t draw any more though, visual art like this for me is limited to paintings (they’re the only things I can do now, what with the beginnings of tardive dyskinesia).
Its charcoal on 11 x 14 pentallic meridian. I haven’t done a lot of work with ink. I doubt myself a bit i guess haha its funny how you can bee good at something and not so great with something similar. Sorry to hear about the tardive dyskinesia 😦 😦 I hope to see you succeed in getting a PhD and making a difference this world needs

I was thoroughly enjoying your artwork when I thought they were photos, but I was blown away when I finally caught on that they are drawings. This one is my favorite. Bravo!

Amazing work. I would swear this is photo that has been altered to look like pencil. When I was young I was always getting pencil sets, art sets, paints etc. Yet, I had very little ability to draw with any reality; and that is when photography grabbed me. You are quite skilled and I look forward to more.
